Material on loan can be renewed twice. It can be done via the library catalogue and at Circulation Counter (For certain cases).

All loan items can be returned at the Circulation Counter or through manual book drop beside the Circulation Counter or automated Book drop Machine located outside the library.

Reservation of books is a service to ensure that book which is out on loan will be hold for applicant when it is returned. It can be done online via the library catalogue and will be on hold for four (4) days. User can also Reserve books on reservation racks at the Circulation Counter for three (3) days only after which it will be returned to the shelves.

Pay the cost twice the original price of the item and $10 service charge or Replace the damage or lost item with the same item acceptable to the library

Users are welcome to make a suggestion to purchase books/s for library collection if: - The library does not own a copy - More copies needed. User need to Fill in order forms and return the completed Form to the library Circulation counter.
