The Technology and Multimedia Centre is responsible for the provision of ICT equipment and networking as well as for the preparation of educational technology in UNISSA.

Technology and Multimedia Centre Services
Provide ICT infrastructure and services
- Basic ICT infrastructure was initially setup in 2007 for the University
- Currently there is immediate need is to improve network availability and performance due to growing demands in bandwidth, user access and no of users
- In near future new network and system infrastructure has to replace the mainly old network infrastructure
- ICT infrastructure services includes:
- Server and rack management
- Network and cabling planning
- Network security planning
- Network and System operations
- Network monitoring

Provide software development services
- Previously basic core services were developed for student registration, course registration and examinations processing
- In January 2015, new improved basic system was acquired and implemented
- In the long term, a project to develop and implement a comprehensive University Management System will Software development services includes :
