Research support
The Research Support Office consists of several dedicated teams. There is one for each College, plus the Knowledge Exchange CHSS team, the European funding team, the Contracts team and the Research Information Systems Team.
These teams support the University’s research activity and also act as a catalyst to commercialise the University’s research base.
They support the development of all research grant proposals and provide academic staff with a comprehensive range of pre-award support services.

Research Ethics Committee
The Research Ethics Committee advises and reports on ethical issues relating to non-clinical research involving human participants.
