UNISSA receives visit from LKKN delegation
UNIVERSITI Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) yesterday received a visit from the Lembaga Kajian Khazanah Nusantara (LKKN), Jakarta, Indonesia.
The LKKN delegation comprised 15 people including teachers, community leaders and businessmen, and was led by Sayyid Ali bin Yahya, Head of the LKKN, according to a press statement.
The delegation was welcomed by the Deputy Rector of UNISSA, Dr Haji Mohammed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Ahmad and UNISSA’s executive officers.
The visit concluded with a dialogue session and the exchange of souvenirs as a symbol that UNISSA and LKKN will continue to work together in the field of scientific research as well as design programmes that are relevant with UNISSA.

The visit aimed to explore the collaborative opportunities in research involving UNISSA academic experts and scientific partnerships conducted by LKKN as well as paved a way to introduce programmes offered at UNISSA to the international community.
